In cooperation with hosting providers, I endeavor to protect systems and databases as best as possible against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or falsification. Nevertheless, complete protection during data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed.

You can generally visit this website without registering. Technical data such as pages accessed or file names, date, and time may be stored on the server for statistical purposes without these data being directly attributed to you personally. As far as possible, I collect personal data such as name, address, or email address on a voluntary basis. I do not share this data with third parties without your consent.

These include, in particular, measures ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data. They also encompass controls over physical and electronic access as well as procedures for data subject rights, deletion, and responding to data breaches.

SSL/TLS Encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by "https://" and the lock icon in the browser address bar. When encryption is enabled, transmitted data cannot be read by third parties.

Disclosure, Recipients, and Data Processors

In the course of my processing, data may be transmitted or disclosed to other bodies, companies, organizationally independent units, or persons. Recipients may include, for example, IT service providers or providers of services and content integrated into the website. In such cases, I comply with statutory requirements. I assume that pure use of my website does not result in any personal tracking in this context.

No further data is collected. The data is used exclusively for dispatch and is not disclosed to third parties. This website uses Google Maps. This allows interactive maps to be displayed directly on the website. Upon visiting, Google receives the information that you accessed the corresponding subpage, regardless of whether you have a Google account. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited). If the responsible controller is located outside the EEA or Switzerland, processing is carried out by Google LLC. The aim is to obtain statistics to improve my offering. This website also uses Google Analytics for cross-device analysis via User ID. If you have a Google account, you can deactivate this in your Google settings under "My data" and "Personal data".

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The IP address is not merged with other Google data. You can also receive my free newsletter via WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland, a subsidiary of WhatsApp Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA. Partial processing takes place on WhatsApp servers in the USA. According to this template, WhatsApp guarantees compliance with EU data protection requirements even when processing in the USA through certification under the EU-US Privacy Shield.

A WhatsApp account is required to receive the WhatsApp newsletter. Upon registration, the mobile phone number entered, your IP address, and the date and time of registration are stored. As part of my contractual services, I process data of my clients in accordance with the FADP and GDPR. Affected individuals may include clients, interested parties, their customers, users, website visitors, employees, and third parties. Purposes include the provision of contractual services, invoicing, and customer support. Legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (analysis, optimization, security).

I only process data required for establishing and fulfilling the services, and indicate the necessity of providing it. Disclosure to third parties occurs only if required within the scope of an engagement. When processing data on behalf of clients, I act on their instructions and in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. I delete data after the expiry of statutory warranty and comparable obligations, and review the necessity of retention at irregular intervals.
