I am Patman. Entrepreneur, creative, and AI pioneer with over 25 years of web experience. I operate where strategy, technology, and design do not work against each other, but deliver results together. Since November 2022, I have been working as a Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO). And yes, I caught the AI bug, but fortunately one that delivers measurable impact.
What I do.
I help companies not only understand AI, but use it effectively. From the initial use case idea and responsible AI governance to the implementation of AI applications, automations, and agentic workflows. Always focused on high impact with manageable resources. No slide acrobatics, but solutions that relieve teams, speed up processes, and improve products.
Why I can do this.
As co-founder and CCO of Station AG, I helped build a digital agency from 2 to 60 FTEs, co-managed around 1,200 projects, and won over 80 national and international awards. In recent years, I have scaled AI in practice. With Station Studio as a modular AI platform and FrankGPT as a brand and creative chatbot, awarded multiple Best of Swiss Web Awards (2024 to 2025). In addition, I am active as a co-founder and board member of swissAI. It is all about exchange, standards, and responsible AI in Switzerland.
What I stand for.
I combine applied AI with creative direction and reductionist UX. In practical terms, this means not only that the algorithm works, but also the flow. From prompt and RAG architecture to UIs that people understand immediately and love to use. If everything ends up being "intelligent" but nobody wants to work with it, it was just complicated.
Patman.AI is my space to share knowledge, sharpen perspectives, and show what is already possible today. For decision-makers, for teams across product, marketing, and tech, and for anyone looking to bring AI into everyday work pragmatically.
